The roleof this Personal CareAssistant
Ourpersonal care assistants join our client s support team providingreliable essential care and support in theirhome.Youwill be employed by HomeCareDirect on behalf of the client and yourfocus will be to support themonly.Thisrole is fulltime contracted to 35 hours per week and is for wakingnights.Shiftswill be allocated on a 4 on / 4offbasis.Thehours of work will be 21:00pm to07:00am.
Requirements
About the Client andDuties
Ourclient is a man with very complex care and medical needs followinganaccident.Heis very easygoing with a sense of humour and has fullcapacity.Fullsupport is required to ensure he lives a healthy and happylife.Whilston shift you will support our client when needed and undertakelight domestic duties around the home while maintaining an asepticenvironment.
PA sshould have prior experience in complex care and demonstrate theability to stay calm under pressure.Youshould be selfmotivated and capable of working independentlywithout direction.Weare looking for someone who is friendly approachable andeasygoing.

Requirements:
Previousexperience in complex care isessential
Excellentcommunication skills both verbal andwritten

Youmust be reliable compassionate and committed to respectingconfidentiality
