And you can play your part too join our dedicated Risk team as a Financial Crime Strategy & Insight Manager How you'll make a difference As a Financial Crime Strategy and Insight Manager, you'll manage and develop a high performing Financial Crime Strategy and Insights Team and as the senior Financial Crime SME on projects and deliver appropriate financial crime controls alongside the change programme You will: Be responsibilities for the day-to-day management of the Financial Crime Strategy & Insight Team, ensuring assessments, reviews and horizon scanning tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed SLAs. Manage the review of regulatory publications, including but not limited to, consultation papers, policy statements, supervisory statements, enforcement notices etc. and make recommendations for control enhancements to ensure ongoing compliance. Oversee quality assessments of the investigations, ensuring colleagues meet the required standards. Support the development of the FC prevent strategy, enterprise-wide risk and control assessments. Identification and management of departmental risks and their reporting through the risk & control self-assessment process. Analyse data, prepare the MI and produce the Financial Crime reports for both the regular reporting cycle to stakeholders and committees and the Financial Crime Working Group Support the Chair of the Financial Crime Working Group, overseeing the production and quality checking of all the reports submitted from the Financial Crime Prevention Team. What you'll bring to the role: Experience in financial crime prevention, risk management, or a related field within the financial services sector. A strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. A keen eye for detail, communication and interpersonal skills, is capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive and adaptable approach and can demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.
