Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner
Location: Kent and East Sussex (3 Locations)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £45,000 + car allowance
**This is a Regional role- travel to each site is expected each week and the other day can we worked from home**
Signet resources are working exclusively with a Care home group with locations all over the UK, to find an HR Business Partner supporting 3 sites between Est Sussex and Kent. Role Overview:
As the Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our HR strategies with the overall goals of organisation. You will provide expert HR support for the 3 locations, ensuring their workforce is engaged, skilled, and capable of delivering high-quality care. You will collaborate closely with management teams, offering guidance on a range of HR issues, including leading on ER, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage ER casework including absence management, capability and performance.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of Oakland Care Home.
3. Support the Head of L&D with talent reviews and succession planning
4. Work with the People Director to develop policies and procedures
5. Partner with site managers to provide HR guidance and support in areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
6. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention across all locations.
7. Analyse HR metrics and develop action plans to address workforce challenges.
8. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and career progression.
9. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
10. Experience in an HR regional role
11. 3-5 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
13. Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills.
14. A relevant HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) is preferred.
