BPD Zenith, a leading provider of Maximo implementations and IoT solutions, is seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst Apprentice. In this exciting role, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals while earning a qualification in Data Analysis. In this role, youll work towards your Data Analyst Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Administrative Support: Assist in managing sales and client records, collecting information required for ongoing tenders and deals, help ensure the CRM system (HubSpot) remains up to date, including monitoring lead and opportunity progression and following up with the sales team on outstanding actions. Monitor, flag and support client renewals and support the renewal process. Sales Process Compliance Ensure adherence to sales policies, pricing structures and contractual obligations. Sales enablement Assist in training the sales team on CRM tools, sales processes, and compliance requirements. Support sales performance tracking and incentive payout calculations, identify inefficiencies in sales operations and suggest improvements. Sales Asset Management Maintain a repository of up to date sales documents, collateral, contracts, and pricing guidelines. Communication: Liaise between sales, administration, professional services, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and ensure relevant information is gathered in time for ongoing requirements. Data Analysis: Analyse past sales performance, reviewing why we were successful or failed and provide detailed analysis based on previous performance. Data Management: Monitor ongoing sales performance metrics and prepare reports to include pipeline, forecast, performance, and revenue realisation to provide insights and support decision-making Sales Coordination: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, coordinating logistics for sales meetings and events. Working with Partners: Support and help manage the relationships with our Partners, including IBM, G-Cloud, Electra Learning etc. Handover Coordination: Support the planning and oversee the handover of won sales deals to Professional Services, administration, cloud, and any other relevant teams. Customer Service: Address any customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Liaise with finance to support invoice generation and payment tracking. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Has experience with Excel (desired) and an eagerness to learn Power BI. A Grade 4/C in Maths and English at GCSE is required for this role.
