IFA Administrator required to join highly regarded Financial Advisory firm.Key responsibilities will include:Providing proactive administrative support for the paraplanners and IFAsPreparing and processing documentation for any new and existing clientsManaging cases utilising CRM portals and provider platformsHandling incoming queries from internal staff, clients and external providers via email and telephoneEnsuring all compiled files meet with compliance requirements and reporting any that do not to the appropriate partiesLiaising with product providers and other third partiesPromoting the company’s services in a professional and FCA compliant mannerWhat they are looking for:Previous experience of an administrative role within the financial services industry (Required)GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) - graded C or above (Required)Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)Strong numeracy skills (Required)Exceptional attention to detail (Required)Ability to understand and analyse financial and non-financial data (Required)Experience in communicating with and managing expectations with clients (Required)Desire to learn and develop (Required)High level of initiative (Required)Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Required)Literate with MS products including Outlook, Word and Excel (Required)Prior experience working with CRMs/online portals such as Intelliflo Office (Desired)Platform experience with Nucleus, Transact, Quilter and Standard Life (Desired) If you are looking to join an a small, friendly team offering a pathway to train as a Paraplanner further down the line then please apply to Katie Collins for more detail.
