Conveyancing Paralegal
Adecco are delighted to be working with a legal client who are seeking a talented and motivated Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. Responsibilities:
Assisting fee-earners in managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
Carrying out property searches, speaking with clients, and drafting sale contracts.
Preparing and submitting stamp duty land tax returns and land registry applications.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Assisting with post-completion matters, including file closure, billing, and administrative tasks.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
Proficient in using industry-specific software and IT systems.
A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining client confidentiality.
