We are currently recruiting for an ERP Project Manager to join our team, helping us to successfully deliver our global ERP transformation project to timeframe and budget.
This role could be based at our Manchester city centre or Whitley, Yorkshire office, working on a hybrid basis. You would need to be flexible based on project and business requirements and expect to be onsite more for your first few weeks, but we are flexible on the number of days required onsite on average per week/month.
What will you be doing in this role?
As our ERP Project Manager you will utilise appropriate governance and programme controls to manage daily project actions and controls; team collaboration; resource planning and reporting to the ERP Programme.

The Ideal candidate:
You will be a proven project manager, with demonstrable experience of ERP project deliveryin an international business. You will have a Prince 2 or similar project qualification, with excellent knowledge and experience of project methodologies, processes, practices, and tools. You’ll be happy being hands on, with a strong customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to interact and influence effectively at all levels. Happy to take accountability, you will be assertive, able to constructively challenge and drive a project through to successful delivery.
This role will require some travel to other Tunstall sites, including some international travel.
Key skills and experience:
* Proven International Project Management expertise within medium/large ERP programmes, and an in depth understanding of the full project life cycle,
* History of delivering on time, sensitive, business critical projects,
* Proactive with high levels of productivity, doing the ‘right thing’, not just the ‘easy thing’,
* Strong customer-centric approach,
* Highly organised and detail conscious approach,
* Highly effective communicator, both verbally and written, able to interact and influence effectively at all levels,
* Strong stakeholder management skills,
* Skilled in driving and nurturing high levels of cooperation and collaboration across an international business,
* Ability to clarify and communicate complex issues,
* Prince 2 or similar Project Qualification,
* Experienced planning capability using managed service provider (MSP).

Some of your key day to day tasks will be…
* Working with the Programme Manager and Head of Business Systems to update and administer the programme plan,
* Delivery of projects within the ERP programme to plan and budget,
* Maintaining all project delivery documentation e.g. RAID, Project Plan,
* Supporting the Programme Manager with Steering Group preparation,
* Production of all required project reporting for review by Programme Manager,
* Ensure the Evolve ERP Programme is compliant with all Tunstall programme governance,
* Organising project meetings and workshops,
* Manage project budgets & 3rd party SOW’s,
