As a Fleet Workshop Technician, you will be part of a dynamic and skilled team responsible for maintaining and repairing the fleet vehicles to the highest standards.
Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electronics, and hybrid/electric systems.
Promote adherence to safety and quality standards, and participate in ongoing manufacturer training.
Utilize diagnostic software and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Contribute to process improvement and team meetings/training sessions.
Maintain diagnostic tools and equipment, and deliver key performance indicators.
Perform pre-delivery inspections, vehicle preparations, and customer repairs as needed.
Strive for continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
Fully responsible for fleet vehicle maintenance, health checks, and quality control.
University degree in mechanical or automotive engineering, or equivalent.
Significant relevant industry experience as a Master Technician or in a similar technical role.
Qualified and certified to Blitz 4 AUS / HV-3 Level or Hybrid/Electric Vehicle High Voltage qualification.
Expertise in using diagnostic tools, software, and specialised equipment.
