An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Health Records Department for the Access to Records Team. This role will be based at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Folkestone.
Our team are focused on service delivery and patient care and we are looking for individuals who are self motivated with a genuine desire to give gold standard care at every level.
The successful applicant will be joining a highly motivated and effective team who strive to ensure patient care is at the forefront of our service.
The Access to Records team is open 08:30 to 16:00 Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays .
Our Service demands can be 08:00am to 06:00pm Monday to Sunday.

To be aware of the confidential nature of work and maintain strictest confidence when dealing with patients, staff and other health service business. To carry out all Access to Records duties in a manner that ensures compliance with Departmental targets, the Health Records Operational Policy, the Data Protection Act & the Access to Health Records Act 1990.
To deal with internal and external telephone enquiries
The focus of this role will include keyboard skills, data inputting and moderate use of display screen equipment and manual handling of healthcare records.
