Job Role: Fire Safety Compliance Administrator
Location: Worcester
Hours:35 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Purpose of the Role:
Working with residential property assets, the main purpose of the role is to oversee the administration and lead on matters in relation to the Building Safety Act compliance, to ensure that our collective client’s obligations in this regard are discharged accordingly.
The candidate will also be working closely with the Building Safety Manager to ensure systems and Certificates are updated with relevant information and monitored accordingly. They will be responsible for ensuring all updates and progress are recorded on the relevant electronic systems reporting any issues to the Statutory Compliance Manager.
The successful candidate will have exceptional dedication to detail, have great communication skills as they will be required to provide updates to various external parties. They will be tenacious in achieving deadlines and ensuring all their team do the same whilst upholding data integrity. They will be able to produce clear, accurate and detailed reports and be able to escalate any urgent matters that are not progressing to plan.
Duties:
* Managing and overseeing the team responsible for the production of Landlord's Certificates within the Building Safety Act (Leaseholder Protections) (England) Regulations 2022.
* Ensuring the Landlord Certificate provision to the client is efficient and communicated accurately
* Ensuring that all deadlines specified within the Building Safety Act 2022 are met to ensure both leaseholders and our clients rights can be met.
* Own the overall activity and data tracker across the whole programme
* Daily management of the BSA inbox, responding swiftly and effectively to all high-level queries that come in from leaseholders and /or their legal representation.
* Ensure any time critical documents or emails are forwarded accordingly. Ensuring the whole team are aware of these emails and the procedures that need to be followed.
* To be constantly developing, implementing, and improving procedures within the team and the processes, with additional amendments as the landscape evolves,
* * Working to tight deadlines and ensuring 100% data compliance
* Maintaining and reporting on accurate records on progress, providing statistical and visual analysis as appropriate.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential
• Proven work experience in a lead administrative or executive administrative assistant role
• Project and programme management experience will be an advantage, but good administration and time management skills are fundamental to the role which will involve collaboration with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a challenging environment.
• The ability to supervise a small team.
• A background in the Property sector is desirable as is any knowledge of fire safety legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• An ability to proactively manage workload and deal with the conflicting demands of a high-paced and high-pressure environment with clear deadlines.
• Customer centric and confident in applying pressure to stakeholders and holding them to account for outputs and deadlines.
• Confidence and gravitas to peruse and progress actions.
• Understanding of governance arrangements and authority limits
• An elevated level of accuracy and diligence
• IT literacy in Microsoft Office
