Position Overview: We are looking for a part-time talented Residential Conveyancing lawyer with extensive experience in Residential Property to manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, demonstrating expertise in Sale/Purchases, Shared Ownership, New Builds, and Re-mortgages.
The Role:
* Part-time to include a 3-day working week; however, we are open to discussing alternative arrangements where appropriate.
* Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
* Work alongside a dedicated member of support and be able to delegate in an efficient manner.
* Provide expert advice to clients on property-related issues while dealing with the day-to-day legal transactional duties.
* Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legislation affecting residential conveyancing.
* Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, mortgage brokers, and other parties involved in transactions.
* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer documents, ensuring compliance is maintained.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
Qualifications:
* Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
* Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently under pressure.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
