Contracts available
We have 2 contracts available for these roles, based at our Contact Centre offices in Altrincham starting on Tuesday 20th August 2024. Please find contract details below:
1. 28.75 hours per week 5 x 6 hour shifts per week
2. 37.5 hours per week 5 x 7.5 hour shifts per week
Your contracted hours will be flexible either Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday and your shifts will be allocated across the following hours:
3. Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:30
4. Sunday 10:00 to 18:00
These roles are offices based in our Contact Centre in Altrincham. However, please note on Sundays our Contact Centre is closed, which means if you are contracted to work on a Sunday you will work from your home address (all equipment will be provided, we just ask you have stable and efficient WIFI).

You will commence your role on £11.44 per hour, with the potential to rise to £11.60 per hour once trained and performing as a multi-skilled advisor. Full details of our pay performance scheme will be discussed with you.
What’s in the role and what are we looking for?
You will receive inbound calls directly from our customers looking to place orders or ask questions about our products. We are looking for individuals who are great listeners, confident and motivated with a positive attitude.
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, as are basic keyboards skills. Experience in a customer service or administrative role is beneficial, but not essential.
As we are so passionate about our products, service and heritage, we ensure our training covers every part of our journey and the customers. Therefore, you will spend the first couple of weeks training at our Contact Centre offices in Altrincham, you will train with other new starters, get to meet your colleagues and our Contact Centre management team.
We offer extensive training for these roles which will run from Tuesday 20th August 2024, full details will be discussed at interview.
