Key Responsibilities:
As an ECT, you will:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum.
* Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their potential.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to provide holistic support for pupils.
* Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events
Key Requirements:
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual who:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a relevant teaching qualification.
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Has a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on pupils' lives.
* Is organised, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the school community.
