What the Job Involves The Sheltered Scheme Co-ordinator focuses on empowering tenants to achieve greater financial, health, and independence outcomes. Your responsibilities include managing a caseload of tenants, ensuring they receive necessary support and services for independent living. You coordinate and maintain partnerships with care agencies and services, with daily tenant check-ins and emergency responsiveness. You manage health and safety protocols, promote council services, and oversee communal repairs and security within the scheme. Additionally, you organize social activities and involve tenants, manage scheme guest rooms, conduct fire safety procedures, and maintain tenant records. Your role supports adherence to Council policies, contributing to a safe and engaged housing environment.
