We are currently looking for an “IFS Technical Specialist” to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Greater London area. As the IFS Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of the IFS ERP system, providing vital support to business functions and driving efficiency.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the IFS Technical Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Custom Objects and Information Access Layers (IALs).
2. Develop and manage IFS Security, including profiles and permission sets.
3. Monitor system performance and IFS processing of background jobs.
4. Collaborate with ERP Analysts to develop prioritised change requests and solutions in IFS to meet business requirements.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the IFS Technical Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a Computer Science-related field.
2. Proven industry experience in IFS on-premises technical roles, including upgrades and implementations.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with SQL, PL/SQL programming, and Oracle Database.
