Position: Administrative Assistant Location: London, UK/Remote Salary: Expense [travel, food and wifi] We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Work remotely with our London based Team. - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely manner - Maintain and update company databases and records - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Assist with the preparation of presentations and other documents - Order and maintain office supplies and equipment - Coordinate and plan company events and meetings - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning - Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders as needed - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Requirements: - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Professional and friendly demeanor - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus If you are a self-motivated and reliable individual with a passion for organization and administration, we would love to hear from you.
