Position at DNEG DNEG London is looking for an experienced Barista to come and run our in-house coffee shop! DNEG is one of the world's largest visual effects studios with over 500 people in-house and it will be your job to keep the artists, management and guests topped up with coffee!
You must be an experienced Barista with at least 2 years experience working within small boutique coffee houses or large chains and have experience creating high level beverages. You will need to be passionate about the café and be a motivated individual ready to deal with a fast-paced environment. The café will be your responsibility and you will be expected to open in the morning and close down for the evening. As the face of DNEG you will interact with all members of the London studio from Artists and Supervisors to Senior Management and the CEO. A friendly and approachable demeanour is essential as you connect with each individual and offer the highest level of customer service with a smile.
The café will be equipped with a La Marzocco GB/5, 3 Group and also a reverse osmosis machine. General duties include:• Creating amazing coffee
• Working with EPOS software
• Checking stock and ordering
• Creating PO’s
• Stock rotation
• Recording wastage
• Printing end of day till report and balancing money
• Stock checks
