We’re looking to recruit a Technical Administrator to join our Interfaces team in Milton Keynes.
In this role we expect the successful candidate to monitor and govern the central database and engage with the wider EKFB Team to ensure plans and evidence are up to date. You will implement early engagement with owners to ensure commitments can be met and complied with factoring in funding requirements with the client.
You will work alongside the Work Package Managers to identify Undertakings and Assurances for their scope of works. You will also support with performance monitoring to ensure it is in line with our works information strategic plan, completing root cause analysis on key performance issues with regular reporting.
We'd also need you to support with any non-compliance investigations, ensuring the correct process is followed and updating all the relevant systems. You will also assist with creation of toolbox talks and lessons learnt from any non-compliance.
Administration will be required for our Sharepoint site as well as BIMXtra.
