The selected applicant will support a variety of activities related to the continued operation of a mission-critical facility. Input electrical readings and preventative maintenance information into databases Provide administrative guidance and support to ensure efficient office operations for a team of electricians and other trades Generate documents and reports, maintain physical and digital filing systems Submit tickets to technicians for assistance with office equipment faults etc. Perform data entry proficiently into the approved Corporate Reference Tool for Material Monitor availability of bench stock items, ensuring optimum levels of consumable items Researching and ordering hardware for the electrical shop and delivering to assigned storage area Act as safety person providing emergency cover to electricians during maintenance and installation work Provide first aid cover in higher risk areas Submit requests for and assist with physical data center access to members of the FLUOR team Assist in non-technical tasks such as cable laying, moving equipment and racks Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies Track calibrated equipment and deliver to technicians for annual re-calibration on due date. Collect upon completion and re-deliver to relevant storagePreferred qualifications Experience with equipment configuration management Experience with managing maintenance work ticketing Experience with electrical and other infrastructure maintenance management Fast and accurate typing skills; Knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred Notice to Candidates Must have, or be able to obtain and maintain, an active enhanced DV security clearance. This clearance requires UK citizenship.
