We are pleased to advertise two exciting opportunities to join the College of Health and Science: Administrator, School of Psychology, Sport Science & Wellbeing This role is a key part of the School's Professional Services team, providing comprehensive support to the School and College. You will work alongside academic staff and other colleagues in delivering a wide range of tasks to support the whole student journey, from initial enquiry through to graduation. Placement Administrator, Practice Learning Hub, School of Health & Social Care The Practice Learning Hub provides support to students, practice partners and stakeholders involved in the delivery of placements for our health and/or social care professional programmes. This role is part of a busy team, providing administrative support for placement coordination across a number of programmes. These roles require candidates who are proactive and able to work on their own initiative to deliver service improvements. You will possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent support for students, staff, and external stakeholders in a busy and dynamic environment. You will be comfortable using a range of IT systems, with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely record keeping, in line with University and external regulations. The workload is varied, and no two days are the same, therefore you will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, balancing teamwork and independent working. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, which will be key in supporting students and developing relationships with colleagues within the College and the wider University.
