✨To support the delivery of the annual brand plan, including project responsibility across the marketing mix
To constantly review brand performance to inform brand planning cycles for creative improvement
Deliver strong through the line brand plans tailored by channel to enable consistent brand execution.
Working closely with channel teams to pull a brand campaign through to owned channels ie social, email & website
To ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints both tone of voice and visually working with wider teams to align all work to the brand positioning
To lead media strategy, planning and execution, creating all creative that is needed for media plans working with both agencies and in house teams Able to adapt UK brand plans to EU markets, scaling brand plans where appropriate for the market and adapting where relevant
Advanced knowledge of brand, media, creative development, campaign management and the full marketing mix
Must be able to produce commercially orientated creative that is customer focused with a good eye for detail.
Experienced in writing creative briefs and managing creative development with agencies
Ability to influence and align teams towards one brand vision and strategy
