Sales Data Analysis : Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and sales teams. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize sales performance. Management of pricing file along with volume forecasting system (AGR). Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape. Analyse competitor activities, pricing strategies and market positioning to inform our sales strategies. Sales Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and inventory management. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to set realistic sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them. Customer Insights and Segmentation : Analyse customer data to identify key segments, preferences and buying patterns. Provide recommendations for targeted marketing and sales efforts based on customer insights. Sales Strategy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Support the execution of sales initiatives and campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Collaboration and Support : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Provide analytical support to sales team to help them achieve their targets. This role may involve travel. Requirements Business analysis with the ability to understand the Palintest product portfolio and its applications. Working experience as a Commercial analyst, in a fast-paced, developing, global organisation. Experience in developing insights to develop G2M plans. Strong commercial acumen; including responsibility for defining product pricing. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Knowledge of Business Central and Power BI would be an advantage. Critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to clearly present the facts and interpret data incisively. Excellent communicator with both written and verbal. Strong influencer – persuasive skills to help facilitate projects in a timely manner with minimal setbacks. Ability to quickly establish credibility at all levels – both internally and externally.
