About the Role As an HLTA, you will collaborate closely with teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and provide targeted support to students across various year groups. Key Responsibilities Lead and support small group sessions, ensuring students are making progress in their learning. Offer one-to-one support to students with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum effectively. Work with teachers to plan, prepare, and assess lessons and activities that cater to diverse learning needs. Support the development and delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring extra assistance. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to both teachers and parents. Assist with classroom management and ensure students stay engaged and focused during lessons.
