Job Description:
* The Inside Sales Representative will be focused on business development activities while learning the technical specifications and applications of the equipment, the pharmaceutical industry, and competitive landscape.
* Generate and qualify leads through targeted research and outreach and conduct initial sales calls and presentations to potential customers.
* Participate in trade shows and industry events.
Career Path: The successful candidate will start in an inside sales role, learning the business and developing their skills. After 18-24 months, high performers will have the opportunity to transition into an outside Regional Sales Manager role with responsibility for a multi-million dollar territory and uncapped earning potential.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of inside sales experience or business development experience
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex equipment and processes.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Location: Reporting to an office in the Easton/Taunton MA area; Travel up to 25% to Territory and Events.
Base Comp: $60,000 - $70,000
Total Comp: $75,000 - $85,000 year one; year 2-3 should be $200,000+
