Job summary Part Time Post- 30 Hours Based In Ormskirk Hospital The successful candidate will join our accomplished team supporting the organisation to deliver safe and effective care to our patients through effective rostering across a variety of different specialties and professions. We are looking for an individual with strong IT skills who has excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with the wider teams. The role will include working to tight deadlines and timescales whilst developing and maintaining effective communications with all internal and external parties and the ability to manage the expectations of our stakeholders. Main duties of the job Responsible for the day-to-day support of the HealthRoster and Registration Authority Systems Provide training and support to new and current users to ensure all Operational, Nursing and Clinical leads are able to use all Workforce systems to full potential Work across all the Allocate Systems and provide Management information for Nursing, Medical & Dental and Admin & Clerical Staff Responsible for the delivery of a customer-focused, time-sensitive and comprehensive Registration Authority (RA) Service About us Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust serves a population of over 600,000 with a workforce of over 9000 dedicated and skilled staff across 21 sites.
