Job Description Summary :
This is an exciting position within Paid Social for an Executive, working on a diverse range of clients. You’ll be developed to manage key pieces of business, providing a superior service to our clients and delivering innovative communications planning solutions. You will develop and apply your knowledge of paid social communications platforms to identify the most appropriate mediums and solutions to overcome the challenges clients are facing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate campaign set up across all social media platforms - to brief and deadline
* Manage paid media campaigns as they go live, providing real-time optimisation recommendations to improve results
* Daily pacing and tracking of campaign performance across portfolio of clients and communicate to Social Managers or Social Director on any irregularities
* Provide accurate data for campaign reporting and contribute to post campaign performance (PCA) reports
* Establish strong relationships with Client Planning teams enabling clear and effective communication, building trust and influence for Paid Social
* Own month end reconciliation process
* Support in the resolution of financial queries in a timely manner
* Participate in client meetings as required
* Contribute to wider Paid Social team meetings, sharing learnings and providing updates as appropriate
