Qualifications
There are a number of ways you can become a Construction Site Supervisor, as a minimum you will need 4 or more GCSEs grades A-C (9-4) and a minimum of 2 A Levels or BTEC equivalent.
Level 3
You can study a BTEC Subsidiary or Extended Diploma in Construction & the Built Environment or Civil Engineering or an Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Construction Contracting Operations or Civil Engineering
Level 4, 5 & 6
You can study a HNC, HND, Higher Apprenticeship or Degree in Construction and the Built Environment, Civil Engineering or other related subjects.
Salary
Starting salaries are usually between £28,000 and £35,000.
With experience this could rise to £35,000 to £40,000.
Highly experienced supervisors can earn in the region of £40,000 or more.
