They want a proactive and experienced Media Advertising Sales Account Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.
* Act as a primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B and B2C sectors.
* Develop and execute strategies to expand their client base.
Key Account Management:
* Provide personalised attention to key accounts, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Artwork and Editorial Coordination:
* Request and advise on artwork and editorial content, ensuring they align with client objectives and publication standards.
* Liaise with clients and internal creative teams to facilitate seamless content creation.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans, encompassing cold calling, telesales, and client meetings.
* Continuously refine sales techniques to maximise revenue generation.
Product Knowledge:
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of their advertising products and events, tailored to B2B and B2C markets.
* Effectively communicate the value proposition of their offerings.
Administrative Tasks:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems.
* Monitor and manage sales pipelines for timely follow-up and deal closure.
Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer Expertise:
* Leverage your understanding of B2B and B2C advertising dynamics to drive tailored strategies and solutions.
Cold Calling and Telesales:
* Execute cold-calling campaigns to initiate new client relationships and opportunities.
* Conduct telesales activities to nurture leads and close deals.
Qualifications/Experience:
* Proven track record in media or advertising sales or similar with experience in both B2B and B2C markets.
* Strong proficiency in business development, key account management, and cold calling/telesales techniques.
* Extensive media industry knowledge, including printed and digital advertising and expo events.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in using MS Outlook and CRM systems.
