A Role That Truly Makes a Difference
We are excited to offer an opportunity to lead a Family Support and Safeguarding Team, working within a whole-family recovery service across Nottinghamshire. This role is critical in ensuring that children and families receive the protection, care, and support they need to build safer, brighter futures.
As Team Leader, you will oversee the work of our substance use Recovery Coordinators, ensuring that families receive high-quality support. You will work closely with key safeguarding partners, including Children’s Services, domestic abuse services, and mental health teams, within a multi-disciplinary setting.

Hours Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary £35,220.59 - £37,184.91 Dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
About you

The ideal candidate will have experience managing safeguarding with care and sensitivity, as well as providing reflective supervision that fosters professional growth. A strong understanding of the challenges surrounding substance use is essential, along with the ability to collaborate with professionals at all levels to create the best possible outcomes for those we serve.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
