As the UK's busiest international ferry port and a vital gateway for the movement of people and trade, Dover handles £144 billion of trade per year, 33% of UK trade in goods with the EU and welcomes over 11 million passengers.
Dover is also an award-winning cruise port, with a diversifying cargo business and a brand-new marina. Every trade, travel and visitor experience is an opportunity for connection and exchange.
Our operation requires a dedicated team of people working in a diverse range of roles.
We are committed to developing the skills and industry knowledge of our employees to enhance performance and support the achievement of our business objectives.
