This is a full-time on-site role located in Winchester.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparing ingredients and trout for curing and smoking.
2. Smoking the trout.
3. Producing finished products, including pates, fillets, and whole fish, ready for packaging.
4. Packing and labeling products for distribution.
5. Maintaining clean and organized work areas.
6. Monitoring stock levels and tracking ingredients needed.
