About us:
We are looking for someone who has a real gift with food. Our kitchen team is a truly unique group of individuals who are exclusively focused on drawing the very best out of the food we have available to us through the seasons.
Our menu changes every shift depending on what’s available that day, every day.
We only cook seasonally, so your grey matter gets a good old stretch while you work out how best to use what we have available – and the end of season gluts are always so much fun!
You will need to be flexible, passionate and excited by working in a really varied environment.
We have a small (multi award winning) team, all of whom bring a wealth of experience, many of whom have learned the ropes right here at The Bull Inn.
If you are someone who wants to change the way we do sustainable hospitality don’t miss the opportunity to work somewhere truly innovative and ethical to its core… and we love a political shout now and then too!
We only use the very best quality ingredients; from line caught fish, organic veg from our own farm, organic dairy and whole carcass organic meat.
Our bar serves organic too! Organic or biodynamic wines, all of our beers are organic, and our cocktails are superb (we do have the best margarita, even if we do say so ourselves).
