Real Estate Lawyer 3-6 PQE - Bristol
An opportunity has arisen to join this dynamic and integrated real estate team, renowned for managing a diverse range of transactions across many sectors. As a firm, their client base includes many of the current FTSE 100 and Fortune Global 500 companies and so the quality of work is excellent.
This thriving real estate team handles a diverse range of transactions across all commercial property asset classes. With in-house expertise in planning, construction, and property litigation, and support from local and international colleagues in tax, finance, funds, and corporate transactions, they offer a comprehensive service.
The team comprises of 70 which includes a high proportion of partners, which provides truly partner-led advice. Their longstanding client base includes institutional funds, private equity houses, and individual investors.
They are now looking to recruit a 3-6 PQE commercial real estate lawyer to join them in their growing Bristol office as a Supervising Associate. This role offers exposure to a variety of commercial property work, including:
1. Commercial leases, landlord/tenant matters, and renewals.
2. Property finance, insolvency, and recovery work.
3. Corporate occupier matters and PFI/PPP projects.
4. Development, acquisition, and asset management in the renewables sector.
5. Mortgage securitisation and other complex transactions.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 PQE in commercial real estate, ideally gained at a leading practice with expertise in renewable energy projects and clean energy developments.
Excellent drafting and communication skills are essential, with a keen interest in playing an active role in business development.
