The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join an established manufacturing business in the Poulton area.
This is a part time, temporary to permanent role. Hours are flexible and can be discussed however the ideal candidate must be able to work 5 days a week 5 hours per day.
Salary is 25k pro rata, to increase to 26k after three months.
The ideal candidate MUST have excellent attention to detail. Previous administration experience is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Support members of the Senior Leadership Team driving the growth and development of the business.
* Developing and maintaining a positive culture within the business to motivate and engage staff.
* Supporting the BRC team to obtain and maintain BRC food safety accreditation.
* Following the policies and procedures set out in the BRC manual providing senior management approval as and when required.
* Proactively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement to all business processes.
* Promoting a strong Health & Safety and Food Safety culture within the business.
* Reviewing and using effective KPI's to monitor performance with a view on improvements.
* Identify opportunities to improve process/operational efficiency and improve the customer experience.
* Actively seek ways to reduce delays and errors by working with the team to review the root cause and find new/improved ways of working.
* Keep up to date training plans.
