Head of Operations
We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Head of Operations for our London studio to drive our operations and support our further growth trajectory.

The Role
As our Head of Operations, you will be responsible for driving and supporting the daily operations of our London studio ensuring that all teams work well and efficiently together toward common goals. You will be a key sparring partner for our colleagues in their work with our clients and projects making sure that the teams get the help they need in planning and executing their work smoothly. Further, you will participate in our resource management supporting our team leads in their daily management of our colleagues and projects to ensure our colleagues’ continued motivation and learning, high quality of work, as well as balancing of workloads.
You will work closely with the Managing Director and our Global Head of Operations to design and implement processes, develop and apply best practices, and monitor performance metrics to drive success across all operational areas. Hence, as our Head of Operations, you should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of agency workflows, and a knack for problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
Finally, some of your time will be devoted to working directly with our clients as the project manager on selected projects. With a strategic mindset, great communication skills, and structure, you will guide them through our project cycle from start to finish. You will be managing cross-geographical project teams with specialists from our studios in both London, Copenhagen, Montreal, and Toronto, and you will play an important role in establishing scalable processes to succeed with projects locally and internationally.
What we expect from you
To be considered for this position, we assume that you:
1. Have solid experience (~7+ years) in project management of digital projects and all its underlying processes and dynamics, preferably from a digital agency or another advisory/consulting company.
2. Have a strong understanding of digital agency workflows, including resource allocation and client management.
3. Possess great leadership skills, enabling you to guide colleagues through complex challenges in their projects.
4. Are a strong communicator with excellent people skills and a demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment, meaning that you can motivate your colleagues and naturally become a guiding figure and role model in how we execute our work.
5. Are able to analyse current workflows and processes and have a flair for and understanding of how to improve them.
6. Understand the financial aspects of project management within professional services, including budgeting and forecasting and juggling different pricing models.
7. Have exceptional organisational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
8. Are extremely structured in your work approach and always have an overview of the tasks at hand so you follow through on everything - even when times are busy.
9. Are comfortable with data handling and working in Excel/sheets.
10. Thrive in a playmaker role where you bring out the best in others.
