Job summary This is a new and exciting post for a locum consultant with a special interest in General Trauma and Emergency Foot and Ankle Surgery/Acute Diabetic foot service to joint a team of 14 Orthopaedic Surgeons that delivery the service to the population of Teesside and Hartlepool. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be involved in cross-site working between the University Hospital of Hartlepool, University Hospital of North Tees in Stockton-On-Tees with the scope for a wider network of service delivery in line with the emerging integrated care partnership (ICP) work stream. The successful candidate will also provide general trauma and orthopaedic services and be involved in the on-call rota with other colleagues, supported by junior medical staff.
