Summary:
First Choice Housing Association is looking for an Assistant Technical Services Manager to assist the Technical Services Manager in providing an effective, economic, efficient and comprehensive property maintenance service to tenants of the Association.

Established in 1988 and working across Wales, we are committed to enabling many vulnerable people, including those with a learning and physical disability, complex needs, mental health, and veterans, to live independently and lead a full and valued life within the community. We currently have over 1,000 tenants and employ 51 staff.

Salary: £40,137 – £46,211 (SP35-SP40)
Hours: 35 per week
