Purpose of the Role We aim to create a compelling, experience for our customers, which in turn means that they stay longer and return more often to our centres. This in turn helps our retailers flourish by increasing footfall and spend. The purpose of the customer services assistant role is to deliver exceptional customer service. If you have an excellent customer focused approach, a friendly and confident disposition with clear communication skills we would like to hear from you. The role will suit candidates who enjoy working independently at a customer service desk and being mobile around the centre, assisting with directions and general enquiries from our customers. Key Responsibilities As customer services assistant your daily activities will include: To deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors and colleagues and retail partners with the centre. To maintain the customer service standards of the centre. To be the first point of contact for customer complaints. Be smart and well-groomed in appearance, in line with the company uniform policy. To have pride in the centre and help to maintain its high standards in all areas of your work. Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business. Promote gift card sales and revenue generation. Promote sales of the centre fun buggies to guests. Proactively engaging with customers. Card and cash handling Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our customers. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Person specification: A flexible individual with an ability to work well with others, make clear decisions and continue to deliver results under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to intergrate within a team. A pragmatic approach and a sense of teamwork. · Ability to manage and prioritise own and centre specific work to meet targets and deadlines Working Hours - 20 hours per week, over 5 days, between Monday-Sunday.
