We’ve still got to dot the I’s and cross the T"s, but new projects are already taking-off. Our new services are powered by technologies like Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS powered Kubernetes clusters, and extensive CI/CD pipelines. We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager (EM) to own the ‘shop front’ for our growing web and mobile experiences and support the team in achieving their goals. We call this key growth vertical ‘channels and content’, where you are responsible for customer acquisition whether that be new or repeat customers, from SEO, PPC, affiliate sites and providing engaging and integrated soft landings through our headless CMS. You will take an active role in leading both the growth of our engineers’ abilities and ensuring technical delivery, we see this role as a 75%/25% split on managing/ delivery and hands on contribution.
