Key Requirements:
* No prior experience is required, but an eagerness to learn is essential.
* Must have a full UK driving license and access to your own car.
* Self motivated with the ability to work confidently and effectively on your own when required.
* Good with people.
* A good knowledge of Market Harborough would be beneficial.
Your initial core duties as you learn the role and industry would be as follows:
Property Listings:
* Assist in creating and updating property listings for both online and offline platforms, including drawing floorplans and writing descriptions
Learning Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
* Understand and adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
* Assist in ensuring all documentation complies with industry standards.
Sales Progression:
* Communicating with other estate agents and solicitors to keep updated with the progression of sales in our pipeline.
* Working with vendors and buyers to resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the sale.
Administrative Support:
* Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
* Learn to handle paperwork related to property transactions and client agreements.
As the role and your experience develops then additional duties will include:
Client Interaction:
* Learn to communicate effectively with clients and potential buyers alike.
* Answering enquiries and providing information about available properties.
* Booking viewings and valuations.
* Assisting branch visitors.
* Carrying out property viewings for potential buyers.
* Keeping clients up to date on the progress of their property sale and discussing marketing tactics and price reductions when necessary.
Assisting in Negotiations:
* Learn the art of negotiating to achieve successful property transactions.
Proactive Marketing:
* Conduct research on the local housing market, including property values, trends, and competitor analysis.
* Make outbound calls with a goal to secure valuation appointments and instructions.
* Delivering marketing leaflets in the local area.
Salesman/woman-ship:
* Converting potential clients into valuation appointments.
Further responsibilities/progression will be available for the right candidate as our business continues to grow and develop.
Working Hours:
Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00 and Saturday 9:00 - 14:00.
We are willing to consider both full time and part time positions, and can be flexible with working hours.
