The key responsibilities include running suitable simulations, collaborating with the product team, communicating with customer teams, providing simulation reports, and delivering work summaries.
Mandatory skills include the application of simulation methodology, knowledge of commercial simulation software, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years' experience using simulation tools in an industrial setting.
Desirable skills include mastering mechanical engineering and physics concepts, knowledge of metal fatigue and fluid dynamics, and the capacity to research and determine the best analysis methods.
Key responsibilities include:
* Running suitable simulations to assist in the design, development, validation, and manufacture of diesel fuel injection system components.
* Collaborating closely with the product team and monitoring the project.
* Communicating with customer teams and functional groups to gather and exchange information.
* Providing simulation reports and delivering work summaries.
* Encouraging the creation and application of fresh analysis methods to enhance product performance and simulation capabilities.
