Our Automotive client, an international organization, is seeking an IT Application Specialist - Microsoft Dynamics 365 to oversee the management, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP stack. This role is central to implementing ERP upgrades, improving processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other business systems. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth user experience and contribute to the organization's growth and development. Key Responsibilities: - ERP Management and Upgrades: Oversee the upgrade process from legacy versions (AX2009/2012) to the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution, ensuring data standardization, migration, and system integration. - Process Improvements: Conduct research and develop proposals for application improvements, leading their implementation in collaboration with stakeholders. - Technical and Functional Ownership: Serve as the product owner for the ERP system, ensuring all functional and technical documentation, change requests, and processes are well-documented and up-to-date. - Support and Training: Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to internal users and coordinate training with key users to facilitate effective use of ERP modules post-go Live. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, external suppliers, and vendors to drive successful project delivery and user adoption. - Application Integration: Promote seamless integration of applications to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. - User Support: Address technical challenges and resolve issues related to the ERP system, collaborating with international colleagues and suppliers as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience as a functional application manager or in a similar role. Strong expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics s tack, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365F&O), and familiarity with Microsoft CRM and older Microsoft Dynamics AX versions are advantages. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate functional needs into technical solutions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with colleagues at all organizational levels. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. - Proactive mindset focusing on teamwork, collaboration, and process optimization.
