Receptionist / Studio Coordinator\n South West London\n Full-time | Office-based | 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours per week)\n Salary: Dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications\n\nWe are seeking a confident, efficient, and experienced Receptionist / Studio Coordinator to join our dynamic architectural practice in South London. This role is integral to the smooth running of our studio and includes providing administrative support to the Practice Manager and Directors as needed.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a professional telephone manner, a polished and articulate communication style, and a proactive, positive approach to supporting the team.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nWelcoming visitors, answering calls, and managing front-of-house duties\nPreparing reports and drafting correspondence\nHandling studio emails and distributing post\nAssisting in the planning and coordination of staff and corporate events\nScheduling and organising internal and external meetings\nSetting up and maintaining meeting rooms\nMonitoring and replenishing office and kitchen supplies\nSupporting document control processes\nAssisting the Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator with tasks as requiredRequirements:\n\nStrong attention to detail with accurate typing skills\nExceptional written and verbal communication abilities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with InDesign is a plus)\nHigh level of discretion when handling confidential information\nAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines\nReliable, punctual, and well-organised\nProfessional demeanor with a personable and proactive attitude \n\nThis role offers the opportunity to be a key part of a creative and collaborative environment.
