The role of HIP Facilitator will reside in the RBFT strategy & partnerships team and will provide support to the HIP programme and projects within, and other collaborations between these two institutions. The post holder will manage the administration of the HIP programmes, which typically have annual calls, alongside providing wrap around support to project collaborators, from research governance, to project management. Research : A core part of the role will be to support the development, and monitor progression, of clinical and non-clinical research projects within the HIP programme. The post holder will be expected to support and guide the project (and collaborators) from development of the protocol, supporting applications for ethical approval, to issuing Trust confirmation (Research Governance), through adherence to other institution-wide, regional and national research governance systems.The post holder will oversee and support non-clinical research projects funded by the HIP. Communications & Engagement : The Facilitator, under the supervision of the SPM, will coordinate projects under this workstream, alongside supporting the SPM with event management The post holder will be social media literate and, with the SPM, will maintain the partnership website.
