This role is crucial in ensuring efficient, accurate operations and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team responsible for testing, listing, and picking/packing items for sale on eBay. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of employees, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated. Operational Efficiency: Optimize workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing of items. Quality Control: Ensure all items meet company quality standards and address any discrepancies. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and handle any complaints professionally. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on team performance and inventory levels. Compliance and Safety: Ensure operations comply with company policies and safety standards.
