RCH are currently seeking a Receptionist to work at Queens Court care centre, a friendly and welcoming care / nursing home based in Buckhurst Hill, Essex.
The ideal candidate should have previous receptionist experience, a committed attitude, and be respectful, caring, and helpful to all visitors that visit the home.
The role will entail:
1. Answering the phone
2. Assisting with general queries
3. Welcoming visitors
4. Show rounds to potential new residents
5. Supporting with recruitment
6. Supporting management as required
Flexibility is required to cover weekends if necessary.
We require candidates to have:
1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
3. A professional attitude
4. Solid written and verbal communication skills
5. Excellent organisational skills
