We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic College Business Manager to oversee the financial, administrative, and operational functions of our college. This key leadership role ensures the efficient management of budgets, resources, and compliance, supporting the college’s mission and long-term success. Working alongside the Chief Executive Officer and being part of the Senior Leadership Team, the College Business Manager will advise and report into Trustees on all aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Responsibilities include financial planning, HR and facilities management, procurement, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Be accountable for the efficient running of all back-office functions of the organisation. Ensure the organisation meets regulatory requirements in all areas, including compliance with all regulatory frameworks and law. Lead the efficient function of HR processes across the organisation. Ensure efficient and timely systems of income and expenditure, working closely with Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), Local Education Authority and Adult Social Care.
