Service & Repair Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Remote (travel to head office when required)
Salary: £18.10 PH
Duration: 12 Months
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service & Repair Coordinator to join our team, working for our organization's global medical device company. This is an exciting opportunity to support our service and repair operations, working closely with customers, repair sites, and field services to ensure smooth processes and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate between customers, repair sites, and field services as needed to ensure timely and effective service and repair solutions.
2. Maintain records on SAP, Salesforce, and other tools as necessary to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
3. Manage inbox and service/repair cases, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently.
4. Handle invoicing and billing for specific service and repair activities.
5. Run ad hoc queries as required to gather relevant data.
6. Generate reports for business, service centres, or customers as requested.
7. Ensure all activities are managed within required SLAs.
8. Participate in and run projects as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.
9. Collaborate across teams as part of cross-functional meetings with service centres, field services, or business teams.
Skills & Experience:
1. Disciplined and organized, with strong attention to detail.
2. Previous customer service experience, with the ability to maintain data accuracy and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and work flexibly.
4. Good working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
5. Fluent in English (decent level).
6. Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
7. Experience in a repair or service coordination role is essential.
