A global manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic Production Manager join their growing team during its next phase of expansion. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a highly respected organisation, where you'll have the chance to build and lead a high performing production team.
Role & Responsibilities:
The Production Lead will oversee and take full ownership of the production process, ensuring that all production targets are met by managing resources safely, efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and implementing production plans to optimise productivity.
The Production Lead will be responsible for coordinating across multiple different departments to ensure smooth operations and for implementing safety and quality control measures within the production process, including continuous improvement activities which achieve operational
excellence.
Maintaining Health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
Developing succession plans for all areas of responsibility.
Achievement of main KPIs of the production process.
Managing of HOKE with the highest possible level.
Effective relationships with all key stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Production Management experience
Manufacturing background
Leadership Qualification e.g. ILM
Microsoft / SAP experience.
