We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our amazing small animal and exotics team!
We are based at two sites: Chorlton and Sale, with our Avian and Exotic referral clinic at Chorlton. We are a supportive, caring, busy practice with fantastic teamwork. Our cases are varied, and so are the species of patients we care for. If you are looking for a position where no two days are the same, this is the practice for you!

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and dependable, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, and within a large team, as well as independently.
The Job Role
Duties for this role will include: admitting, assisting vets in surgery, anaesthesia, discharges, inpatient care, nurse clinics, consult team, pharmacy, ward nurse, recovery, countersigning the medication box, nurse messages, cleaning, restocking, washing, kits, reception work, and of course client care. This is a great opportunity to work with a wide variety of species, to a high standard, and be part of a friendly and supportive practice.
The rota is designed to give a great work-life balance with the 40 hours being spread over 4 days a week Monday to Friday, plus weekends 1 in 4/5.
